Join Hartford Rec and Hartford Community Coalition on one or all three of these after school Teen Hikes this Fall. Get outside and enjoy some hiking with your friends on these easy to moderately difficult hikes.
Departure: 3:00pm at the HMMS. Transportation provided by HPRD Van
