MISSION:  To provide a safe environment for all children where they can experience friendships, expand their creativity, learn new things and have FUN.

The CAMP VENTURES summer camp is a full day program offering eight week-long sessions. 
At Camp Ventures, we offer an authentic camp experience, with limited technological interactions. We believe that every kid should have the chance to just be a kid and experience nature and their surroundings in a fun, safe, and supportive environment!

Weekly field trips, swimming, special guests/performances and field days at the Maxfield Sports Complex.

CAMP HOURS: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Camp Location: Wendell A. Barwood Arena / Hartford Memorial Middle School
Cost: $205/Resident . . . $225/Non-Resident . . . Per Camper/Per Week
Explorers Group – for campers who have completed grades Kindergarten through 2nd Grade
Adventurers Group- for campers who have completed grades 3rd through 6th

Summer Lunch Program:
Camp Ventures is pleased to offer a Free Summer Food Program this summer! All campers attending Camp Ventures this Summer will receive lunch every day they attend camp at no extra cost and no additional registration required!

Payment Options:
A deposit of $50 per week is required at the time of registration.
Balance must be paid in full by May 17th.
You are welcome to pay in full at any time.
*NOTE* Failure to pay your camp balance will result in immediate removal from the camp roster and you will forfeit your deposit.

Important Camp Dates:
- Week One will start on Monday 6/17
- No Camp on July 4th & 5th
- Camp will close on at 2:00pm on Friday, June 28th & July 19th for staff development.
- Camp Pick-up On Friday’s will take place at the Maxfield Sports Complex by 4:30pm on the following dates – 6/21, 7/12, 7/26, 8/2, 8/8

Camp Communication:
Weekly camp details will be sent out the Friday before each week of camp.
Parent Information Packet – Will be available in early May and shared with all camp families.

Sibling Discounts:
Receive $15 off your registration when signing up a sibling(s) for a week of camp.
No coupons or codes. Simply register all your attending children at the same time for the same session and the savings are automatically applied.

Camp Cancellations:
Camp Ventures cancellations will be assessed a $50 fee per session.
To be eligible for a refund or credit, cancellations must be made by 5:00pm on June 14, 2024.
No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellations made after June 14, 2024.
