This class will teach the fundamentals of Judo, a Japanese wrestling and self defense art. Topics covered will include:

- Falling and rolling skills
- Basic holds
- Basic throws
- Escapes from holds
- Martial arts etiquette

The class will be fun, safe, and useful. Loaner uniforms will be available for use in class.
